Shipping fees and times will vary based shipping location. Please note that possible Import Duties may apply when placing orders outside of the US. Moda Zeta is not responsible for payment of these duties.

 

Returns & Exchanges

United States
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Zeta purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days of the order date for a full refund. Once the product has been received and validated, the transaction will be refunded. Funds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
•   Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
•   Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
•   Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
•   Final Sale items may not be returned.

International
